A NE view of the property. Shows a multi layered landscaping design that wraps around pool. Additionally, a rock filled dry creek which will redirect water away from the paver patio where previous flooding and erosion was prominent. A woodland microclimate exists under the trees and will soon become an extension of the state park from the soil regeneration plan put in place.
